This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how Modfy, Inc. ("Modfy", "Tranquil", "we", "us" or "our") collects, protects and uses the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you ("User", "you" or "your") may provide through the Tranquil Email website (tranquil.email) or in the course of purchasing any Tranquil Email product (collectively, "Website"). The Policy also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

Personal Information We Collect

When you use our AI Email advanced filtering system or executive assistant service, we collect certain information from you. This includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Email addresses of individuals you have sent messages to
• The contents of your email, including the subject line and attachments (ONY in Transit, we do not store them - you can revoke access at any time)

This data is collected through the Gmail API.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use your personal information to sort incoming email for you. We do not store your personal data except for email addresses of people you have sent messages to.

All other data is encrypted in transit, the data is stored in temporary memory with redis using upstash

The data is anonymised and stored as telemetry/logging, if you wish to otp out of this reach out to us

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to services. However we do use third party services to help us filter your email like OpenAI

How can you review, update, or delete your personal information?

You have the ability to delete your personal information that we hold. You can do so through our automated delete page. If you have any trouble with this process, you can contact us for assistance.

Other Information

As part of our normal operations, your information may be stored in computers in other countries outside of your home country. By giving us information, you consent to this kind of information transfer. Irrespective of where your information resides, we’ll comply with applicable law and abide by our commitments herein. We don’t want your personal information if you’re under 13. Do not provide it to us. If your child is under 13 and you believe your child has provided us with their personal information, please contact us to have such information removed.

EU, EEA, Swiss and California users

Under the European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), our lawful bases for collecting and processing personal information include:

• Performing our contract with you and providing our services
• Legitimate interests: we receive technical and interaction data of users, which may include IP addresses, to improve the security and reliability of our services and prevent abuse, and to understand where people learn about Beeper
• Consent: where we ask for your consent to process your information, you can always withdraw this consent.

The following rights are granted under the GDPR and California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). Beeper applies these rights to all users of our products, regardless of your location:

• The right to know if personal data is being shared, and to whom
• The right to access your personal data
• The right to exercise your privacy rights without being discriminated against

Google Limited Use Policy

Tranquil's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
